Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 37001 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice. 37001 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. 37001 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.

Platform Usage & User Conduct Policy
Users are required to use the 37001 platform for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund:

- Attempting to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or take advantage of payment errors in a dishonest manner
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including money laundering through the betting platform
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it on your behalf
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that goes against the spirit of the offer
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 37001 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of payment methods, including local e-wallets, FPX (online banking), and bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 37001 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take between one and five business days.
Bonus & Promotion Terms

37001 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Accounts suspended due to fraud are not eligible for any refund of funds held within them.
All content, logos, designs, and software on the 37001 platform are our legally protected intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Our platform may contain links to third-party sites — we are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
